Federal Elevator was founded in 1988 with a vision of providing the market with safety conscious elevators equipped with high quality components offered at competitive prices. Our company has since achieved much success and gained clients by creating intelligently designed products teamed with outstanding customer service while maintaining an impressive safety record.
Our company
specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of residential elevators,
handicap lifts, and LULA elevators for a variety of applications. We have
successfully manufactured a diversity of projects. We have extensive experience
in designing standard hydraulic elevators and have even worked on the more
complex 10,000 pound freight elevators and 26 floor
high-speed passenger lifts. Our products can be found throughout North America
and internationally in Brazil, Israel, Panama, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia,
Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, Argentina, Russia, Australia, Mexico and the
United Arab Emirates.
Our team of exacting engineers are safety-conscious and use the latest available
computer drafting technology for all production and customer drawings. As
a result of our availability of human resources, we can successfully tackle
extremely specialized and difficult projects.
Federal has supplied elevating devices to a variety of public projects including numerous school boards, universities, municipalities, historical buildings and many private residential projects. We have many satisfied customers due to our honest and intelligent approach to business.
Because of our commitment to safety, all elevator components are certified and our controllers are listed by Canadian Standards Association and United Laboratories. Many of the structural parts of our products are specially manufactured at our modern, state-of-the-art Brampton plant and all structural welding is certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau. Our team is up-to-date on all the industry standards as we are currently active members in three Canadian Standards Association Committees that write codes and standards for different types of elevating devices.
Federal Elevator belongs
to many associations, such as The Canadian Elevator Contractors Association,
National Association of Elevator Contractors (USA), The Board of Trade of
Metropolitan Toronto, The International Association of Elevator Engineers
